At HPS Pharmacies we pride ourselves on being a business dedicated to the learning and development of our people. We are committed to providing staff with access to a variety of training and development opportunities necessary to ensure they have the skills and expertise to meet the requirements of their role and the changing needs of our business.

We provide a series of training courses with subjects ranging from desktop applications and specific software programs to our in-house training programs. Individuals training and development plans are developed for each staff member to ensure both personal and professional development. A dedicated professional Training and Development team ensures all training and development requirements are met on a national basis.
